You will hunt down the right companies and the right people — every single day — enrich them with firmographic, technographic and human context, and hand over laser-focused lists that convert. If you don’t obsess over “why” and can’t operate like a small but relentless task force, this job will frustrate you (and us). If you do love it, you’ll thrive.

What you’ll own (daily / weekly)

• Fetch relevant companies in assigned verticals that show buying intent for AI / analytics / lakehouse solutions.
• Map product keywords & features to job descriptions and skill-sets to find probable buyers.
• Capture and enrich contacts (names, titles, emails, phones) for decision-makers and influencers.
• Add depth: firmographics (size, revenue, HQ), technographics (tech stack, platforms), and profile intelligence (experience, roles, education, interests).
• Maintain data quality: ensure accuracy, relevance, and recency of all records.
• Monitor campaign performance daily; tune targeting and lists based on open / reply / conversion signals.
• Create org charts, reporting lines and, where ethical/legal, build “day-in-the-life” context to help SDRs open better conversations.
• Upload and document everything in our shared drives and CRM — transparency is non-negotiable. (Yes — we expect tidy Google Drive & CRM updates.)

The detective toolkit (what you should already know or be willing to learn)

• Must-have tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google advanced search, company websites.
• Nice-to-have/ NOT Mandatory: Apollo, ZoomInfo, basic Python or Google Sheets scripting for automation..

KPIs (the stuff you’ll be measured on)

• Qualified accounts added: X per week (target set by vertical).
• Qualified contacts enriched: Y per week (name + email + title + technographic + firmographic).
• Data accuracy: ≥ 95% (validated via sample checks).
• Sales-ready lists: # of lists handed to AEs/SDRs that convert to meetings (conversion %) — we care about output, not vanity metrics.
• Cycle time: time from discovery → enrichment → CRM-ready list (hours).

Required profile (serious, but human)

• Insatiable curiosity — you must love asking “Why?” until someone answers or you find out on your own.
• Military-grade follow-through: when you say “done,” it’s actually done.
• Strong Google-fu, LinkedIn-fu, and spreadsheet kung fu.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and quick pivots based on campaign signals.
• Excellent written notes — your internal docs must be readable by mortals and AEs alike.

Job Role: Full-Time (and full of surprises)
Location: Kolkata (Sector V) – unless you’ve cracked teleportation, in which case, we’ll adapt.

What You’ll Actually Do (aka Responsibilities)

• Play Detective: Research—LinkedIn profiles of decision-makers at companies worth at least USD 100M. (Yes, million with an M.) Then whip up micro-content they’ll actually pause to read.
• Content Alchemist: Read case studies, blogs, and news and transform them into content that resonates across industries—from Analytics and GenAI to Surveillance. (Because who doesn’t love a good plot twist in vertical targeting?)
• Campaign Juggler: Design and execute LinkedIn and email campaigns. Translation: send witty, EQ-driven messages that don’t land in spam.
• Follow-Up Ninja: Keep conversations alive with prospects by serving them timely, contextual follow-ups. (If ghosting were an Olympic sport, you'd be the anti- champion.)
• Operational Wizardry: Update dashboards and keep records squeaky clean. Because if it’s not on the dashboard, did it even happen?

What We’re Looking For (The Wish List)

• Insatiable hunger to learn new concepts and actually implement them (Googling alone doesn’t count).
• Wordsmith with a flair for witty, free-flowing writing. If you can make a decision- maker smirk while you pitch, we want you.
• Understanding of how technology and economics tango to shape the world (bonus points if you can explain this without sounding like a TED Talk reject).
• EQ strong enough to engage with decision-makers without making them regret opening your message.
• Flexibility, spontaneity, and just the right amount of creative mischief.
• LinkedIn expert? Great. Not one? Apply anyway—we like teaching tricks to new ponies.

Good-to-Have Skills (But Not Dealbreakers)

• Past experience in account management, client handling, or relationship roles.
• A secret stash of icebreakers for C-level executives.
• A mild obsession with analytics, SaaS, or AI (NOT writing prompts).
